JACQUELINE WIBOWO

Miss San Jose 2018, Ivy Sister

MODERATOR, TIE YOUTH

Jacqueline Wibowo is a senior at Stanford University who will be graduating with her undergraduate degree in Public Policy and masters in Management Science and Engineering this June. Her past experiences include working at TradeGecko, a software startup in Singapore, Highland Capital and Andreessen Horowitz, and in Technology Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. At Stanford she is actively involved as the advisor of the Business Association for Stanford Entrepreneurial Students, as an Oral Communications Tutor, and as a Teaching Assistant for the Law School and School of Engineering. After graduation she will be moving to New York to join the investment team at Insight Venture Partners, a growth and private equity firm with over $18 billion under management. As Miss San Jose 2018, she has spent the year preparing for Miss California in June and promoting her platform, "SheEO's - Women in Leadership." Most recently, she founded Ivy Sister, an organization focused on empowering young women by helping them get "to college, and then through college," with two of friends at Stanford, with the goal of increasing female representation in the leadership of traditionally male dominated fields.
