Mitch manages Fragomen Worldwide's Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego California offices. His practice is diverse and comprised of start-up, mid-size, and large multinational companies. Mitch's clients are equally diverse across industry sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technology, construction, and entertainment. He also has a significant "Private Client" practice emphasizing short and long term immigration strategies for high net worth foreign nationals with a specialization in EB5. Mitch teaches an annual module on business immigration law at the University of California, Irvine School of Law which included a stand-alone session on EB5. Mitch is a longstanding member of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and served as the Chapter's Chair from 1999 to 2000. He has published over 250 articles on various U.S. immigration topics and he has presented before numerous bar associations and immigration industry associations. Mitch annually edits the business immigration chapter of the CEB's "Advising California Employers". He is a 4 time elected member of Fragomen's Executive Committee and is certified as a specialist in immigration law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specializations. Mitch is also a past Vice Chair of that specialization board. He received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1985 and his B.A. degree from Hofstra University in 1982.
